Liberty Bakery is a dedicated gluten, casein, corn, soy and nut free bakery located in the Central Florida area.  We make premium quality allergen-free products including bread, rolls, frosted cupcakes, brownies, cream pies and a range of cookies.  We also produce an egg-free product line to accommodate allergies and
vegan diets.  Many of our customers comment that our products taste better better than those made with traditional ingredients.

With both owners being mothers of sons with autism, Liberty Bakery's products are developed with discerning taste buds in mind.  We have been on your side of the fence and understand how fustrating it is to spend a small fortune on a product that your child (or you) will not eat.  All of our products are genuinely kid tested and approved.

Liberty Bakery strives to provide the safest and highest quality products for our customers.  We scrutinize the products and manufacturing processes of every ingredient supplier to ensure the least risk of cross-contamination and we audit those vendors quarterly.  We safeguard our facility from cross-contamination by providing a minimum of two physical barriers and a separate air handling system for our production area.  All staff are required to follow rigid procedures and protocols to ensure that none of our products are contaminated at any point in the production process.

All of Liberty Bakery products are all-natural and preservative free.  Our complete product line is compatible with the Feingold® Program and appears in the Feingold® Program Shopping Guide.  We are also featured in “The Essential Gluten-Free Restaurant Guide” by Triumph Dining.  Liberty Bakery received an honorable mention in Orlando Sentinel’s “Culinary Cup”, an inaugural Culinary Hall of Fame recognizing those who have made significant contributions to how Central Florida eats, drinks and dines.
